        AN  ACT to amend the parks, recreation and historic preservation law, in
          relation to fees
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-

        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Section 13.15 of the parks, recreation and historic preser-
     2  vation law is amended by adding a new subdivision 7 to read as follows:
     3    7.  Any  student  graduating from a high school duly accredited by the
     4  state shall be entitled to receive a pass entitling him or her access to
     5  any state park, parkway, recreational facility or historic site  without
     6  charge.  Such  access  without  charge shall be for a period of one year
     7  commencing with the date of graduation of said  student.  The  pass  for
     8  such  access  shall  be available at regional park headquarters and such
     9  other places as the office or other state agency shall designate.
    10    § 2. This act shall take effect on the first of January next  succeed-

    11  ing the date on which it shall have become a law.
