        Introduced by M. of A. ABBATE -- read once and referred to the Committee
          on Governmental Employees
 
        AN  ACT  to  amend  chapter  695  of the laws of 1994 amending the civil
          service law relating to injunctive relief in improper practice  cases,
          in  relation  to  extending  the effectiveness of provisions contained
          therein
 

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.  Section 2 of chapter 695 of the laws of 1994 amending the
     2  civil service law relating to injunctive  relief  in  improper  practice
     3  cases, as amended by chapter 112 of the laws of 2011, is amended to read
     4  as follows:
     5    §  2.  This  act shall take effect January 1, 1995, provided, however,
     6  that subdivisions 4 and 5 of section 209-a of the civil service law,  as
     7  added by section one of this act, shall expire and be deemed repealed on
     8  June 30, [2013] 2015.
     9    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
