          tee on Economic Development
 
        AN ACT to amend the alcoholic beverage control law,  in  relation  to  a
          license to sell liquor at retail for consumption on certain premises
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Subdivision 7 of  section  64  of  the  alcoholic  beverage
     2  control  law  is  amended  by  adding  a new paragraph (e-15) to read as
     3  follows:
     4    (e-15) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (a) of this  subdi-
     5  vision,  the  authority  may  issue  a  retail  license  for on-premises
     6  consumption for a premises which shall be  located  within  two  hundred
     7  feet  of  a  building  occupied  as a school, church, synagogue or other
     8  place of worship, provided such premises constitute a premises  for  the
     9  sale  of  food  or  beverages  at retail for consumption on the premises
    10  located wholly within the boundaries of the county of Erie, bounded  and
    11  described as follows:
    12    ALL  THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in the Village of Williams-
    13  ville, Town of Amherst, County of Erie and State of New York, being part
    14  of Lot No. 1, Township 12, Range 4 of the Holland Land Company's Survey,
    15  bounded and described as follows:
    16    BEGINNING at the intersection of the northerly line of Main Street (99
    17  feet wide) with the westerly  line  of  Grove  Street  (20  feet  wide);
    18  running  thence  northerly  along  the  westerly line of Grove Street, a
    19  distance of 111.52 feet to a point; thence westerly  parallel  with  the
    20  northerly  line  of  Main  Street  a  distance of 51.50 feet to a point;
    21  thence southerly parallel with the westerly line of Grove, a distance of
    22  59.13 feet to the northwest corner  of  lands  conveyed  to  Michael  A.
    23  Laurie by deed recorded in the Erie County Clerk's Office in Liber 10918
    24  of  Deeds at page 218; thence easterly along the northerly line of lands
    25  so conveyed to Laurie by deed aforesaid, a distance of 21.29 feet to the

     1  northeast corner thereof; thence southerly along the  easterly  line  of
     2  lands so conveyed to Laurie by deed aforesaid, distance of 52.19 feet to
     3  the southeast corner thereof and the northerly line of Main Street, said
     4  southeast  corner  of  Laurie being a distance of 29.75 feet westerly of
     5  the point of beginning; thence easterly along the northerly line of Main
     6  Street, a distance of 29.75 feet to the point of beginning.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
