        Introduced by M. of A. SALADINO -- read once and referred to the Commit-
          tee on Ways and Means
 
        AN  ACT  to amend the tax law, in relation to exemptions from use tax on
          waterfront fuel purchases
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 

     1    Section  1.  Section  1118  of  the tax law is amended by adding a new
     2  subdivision 13 to read as follows:
     3    (13) In respect to the sale of fuel by a marina or other waterfront or
     4  marine use fueling facility for use in any type of water craft.
     5    § 2. This act shall take effect on the thirtieth day  after  it  shall
     6  have become a law.
