AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to designating Baldwin
lake, Ossi lake and Purdys lake as inland waterways for purposes of
waterfront revitalization
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu-
2 tive law, as separately amended by chapters 113, 193, 196 and 216 of the
3 laws of 2016, is amended to read as follows:
4 (a) the state's major inland lakes consisting of lakes Baldwin, Ball-
5 ston, Big Tupper, Black, Campfire, Canadarago, Canandaigua, Cayuga,
6 Champlain, Charles, Chateaugay, Chautauqua, Conesus, Cranberry, Echo (in
7 the county of Westchester), George, Glencoma, Great Sacandaga, Honeoye,
8 Indian, Keuka, Little Wolf (in the county of Franklin), Lincolndale,
9 Long, Lost (in the county of Putnam), Mirror, MacGregor, Mahopac, Onei-
10 da, Onondaga, Ossi, Otisco, Otsego, Owasco, Peach, Placid, Purdys,
11 Putnam, Raquette, Ronkonkoma, Sacandaga, Saratoga, Schroon, Secor, Sene-
12 ca, Shenorock, Skaneateles, Silver (in the county of Wyoming), Saranac
13 and Tonetta, Teakettle Spout and Wixon, Simon (in the county of Frank-
14 lin) and the Fulton chain of lakes;
15 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
