        Introduced  by  M. of A. OTIS -- read once and referred to the Committee
          on Ways and Means
 
        AN ACT to amend chapter 89 of the laws of  2009  amending  the  tax  law
          relating  to the imposition of an occupancy tax in the city of Rye, in
          relation to extending the effectiveness thereof
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.  Section  2 of chapter 89 of the laws of 2009 amending the
     2  tax law relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in  the  city  of
     3  Rye,  as  amended by chapter 125 of the laws of 2012, is amended to read
     4  as follows:
     5    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
     6  deemed repealed September 1, [2015] 2018.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
