        Introduced by M. of A. THIELE -- read once and referred to the Committee
          on Corporations, Authorities and Commissions
 
        AN  ACT  to  repeal title 16 of article 8 of the public authorities law,
          relating to the Suffolk county judicial facilities agency
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.  Title  16  of  article 8 of the public authorities law is
     2  REPEALED.
     3    § 2. This act shall take effect December 31, 2023.
