        AN ACT in relation  to  authorizing  Kathleen  DeCola  to  apply  for  a
          Licensed Clinical Social Worker license
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, Kath-
     2  leen DeCola who took the Master Social Worker exam prior to 1996 and who
     3  was subsequently issued a New York state Clinical Social Worker  license
     4  which  later  was divided into two separate licenses known as a Licensed
     5  Master of Social Work and the Licensed Clinical Social Worker,  who  was
     6  eligible  for  both licenses, who received the Licensed Master of Social
     7  Work license, and who was eligible  for  the  Licensed  Clinical  Social
     8  Worker  license  but  was  not  issued such license shall be granted the
     9  Licensed Clinical Social Worker license if she shall file an application
    10  therefor on or before December 31, 2015.
    11    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
