Go to top STATE OF NEW YORK ________________________________________________________________________ 7867 2019-2020 Regular Sessions IN ASSEMBLY May 24, 2019 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. TITUS -- read once and referred to the Committee on Codes AN ACT to amend the criminal procedure law, in relation to persons designated as peace officers The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 2.10 of the criminal procedure law is amended by 2 adding a new subdivision 85 to read as follows: 3 85. Criminal investigators employed by the United States transporta- 4 tion security administration's investigations division. 5 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in italics (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [] is old law to be omitted. LBD07699-01-9
