        AN ACT to amend chapter 357 of the laws of 2017 amending  the  education
          law  and  the public health law relating to the substitution of inter-
          changeable biological products for prescribed products, in relation to
          making such provisions permanent
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1. Section 5 of chapter 357 of the laws of 2017, amending the
     2  education law and the public health law relating to the substitution  of
     3  interchangeable  biological products for prescribed products, is amended
     4  to read as follows:
     5    § 5. This act shall take effect immediately  [and  shall  expire  five
     6  years after having become a law].
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
