        Introduced  by  M.  of  A.  SKARTADOS  --  read once and referred to the
          Committee on Ways and Means --  committee  discharged,  bill  amended,
          ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee
 
        AN  ACT  to  amend  chapter 558 of the laws of 2007 amending the tax law
          relating to the mortgage recording tax imposed in Dutchess county,  in

          relation to extending the effectiveness of such provisions
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 558 of the laws of 2007  amending  the
     2  tax law relating to the mortgage recording tax imposed in Dutchess coun-
     3  ty, is amended to read as follows:
     4    §  2.  This  act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be
     5  deemed repealed December 1, [2009] 2011.
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
