        Introduced  by  M.  of  A.  MONTESANO  --  read once and referred to the
          Committee on Insurance
 
        AN ACT to amend the insurance law, in relation to rate filings for home-
          owner's insurance policies
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1. Paragraphs 11, 12 and 13 of subsection (b) of section 2305

     2  of the insurance law, paragraphs 11 and 12 as amended by chapter  11  of
     3  the  laws of 2008 and paragraph 13 as amended by chapter 136 of the laws
     4  of 2008, are amended and a new paragraph 14 is added to read as follows:
     5    (11) credit property insurance, as defined  in  section  two  thousand
     6  three hundred forty of this article; [and]
     7    (12) gap insurance;
     8    (13)  [Private]  private  passenger  automobile  insurance,  except as
     9  provided in section two thousand three hundred fifty of this article[.];
    10  and
    11    (14) homeowner's insurance policies and subsequent  calculations  used
    12  to  determine  the  increased  value  of dwelling limits for purposes of
    13  determining dwelling protection coverage.

    14    § 2. This act shall take effect on the ninetieth day  after  it  shall
    15  have become a law.
