        Introduced  by M. of A. PRETLOW -- read once and referred to the Commit-
          tee on Racing and Wagering
 
        AN ACT to amend the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and  breeding  law,  in
          relation to the distribution of surcharges on off-track winnings
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 

     1    Section 1. Subparagraph (vi)  of  paragraph  b  of  subdivision  3  of
     2  section  532  of  the  racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law, as
     3  added by chapter 365 of the laws of 2009, is amended to read as follows:
     4    (vi) for the period of September first, two  thousand  [seven]  twelve
     5  until August thirty-first, two thousand [twelve] seventeen and where the
     6  track conducting the race on which the bet was placed is a harness track
     7  located in the county of Erie, to such track.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect September 1, 2012.
