        AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to including Denton Lake,
          Solomon Lake, and Westminster Lake in the town of Patterson as  inland
          waterways for the purposes of waterfront revitalization
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu-
     2  tive law, as separately amended by chapters 339, 462 and 591 of the laws
     3  of 2019, is amended to read as follows:
     4    (a) the state's major inland lakes consisting of lakes Baldwin,  Ball-
     5  ston,  Big  Tupper,  Black,  Campfire,  Canadarago, Canandaigua, Carmel,
     6  Cazenovia, Cayuga, Champlain, Charles,  Chateaugay,  Chautauqua,  Chazy,
     7  Conesus,  Cranberry,  Dean Pond (in the county of Putnam), Denton, Drew,
     8  East Caroga, Dickiebusch, Echo (in the county of  Westchester),  George,
     9  Glencoma,  Great  Sacandaga,  Honeoye,  Indian, Junior (in the county of
    10  Westchester), Katonah, Kentwood, Keuka, Kitchawan, Little Wolf  (in  the
    11  county  of Franklin), Lincolndale, Long, Lost (in the county of Putnam),
    12  Meahagh, Mirror, MacGregor, Mahopac, Minerva, Mohegan,  Nimham,  Neatah-
    13  wanta,  Northville,  Oceola,  Oneida,  Onondaga, Oscaleta, Ossi, Otisco,
    14  Otsego,  Owasco,  Palmer,  Paradox,  Peach,  Placid,   Purdys,   Putnam,
    15  Raquette,  Rippowam,  Ronkonkoma,  Round,  Sacandaga, Saratoga, Schroon,
    16  Secor, Seneca, Shenorock, Skaneateles, Silver (in the  county  of  Wyom-
    17  ing),  Sagamore, Saranac, Seven Hills, Solomon, Sparkle, Tibet, Tonetta,
    18  Teakettle Spout, Truesdale, Waccabuc, West Caroga, Westminster  (in  the
    19  county  of  Putnam) and Wixon, Simon (in the county of Franklin) and the
    20  Fulton chain of lakes;
    21    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
