          Cusick, Reilly) -- read once and referred to the Committee on Environ-
          mental Conservation -- committee  discharged,  bill  amended,  ordered
          reprinted  as  amended  and  recommitted  to  said  committee -- again
          reported from said committee with  amendments,  ordered  reprinted  as
          amended and recommitted to said committee

        AN  ACT  to rename the Oakwood Beach wetland the Oakwood Beach-Detective
          Russel Timoshenko Preserve
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. The area managed by the department of environmental conser-
     2  vation known as Oakwood Beach wetland, located in Richmond county, shall
     3  after  the  effective date of this act be known as the Oakwood Beach-De-
     4  tective Russel Timoshenko Preserve and shall be  suitably  marked  in  a
     5  manner prescribed by the commissioner of environmental conservation.
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
