AN ACT to authorize the town justice of the town of Deerfield to tempo-
rarily reside outside of such town until such justice's term expires
on December 31, 2011
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Notwithstanding section 3 of the public officers law, or
2 any other law, rule or regulation, town justice Walter Loin of the town
3 of Deerfield shall be allowed to temporarily reside outside the town of
4 Deerfield while acting as the town justice of such town until his term
5 expires on December 31, 2011.
6 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
