HONORING Adam Crosley upon the occasion of his
designation as recipient of the 2023 Trailblazer
Award by the North Country Chamber of Commerce
WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to recognize and
commend the leaders of commerce and industry whose accomplishments
contribute to the economic health and prosperity of the communities of
the State of New York, and whose purposeful endeavors as involved
members of the community serve to enhance the quality of life therein;
and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Adam Crosley upon the occasion of his designation as recipient of the
2023 Trailblazer Award by the North Country Chamber of Commerce, which
was celebrated at its 111th Annual Awards Dinner, "A Winter Wonderland,"
on Friday, January 27, 2023, at the West Side Ballroom in Plattsburgh,
New York; and
WHEREAS, Adam Crosley is receiving this prestigious award for his
steadfast and unremitting commitment to his Plattsburgh, New York, and
North Country communities; he has distinguished himself as a leading
example of both excellence in business and in community support; and
WHEREAS, Principal of Crosley Mortgage Team at Crown Home Mortgage,
Adam Crosley began his illustrious career after earning his mortgage
license in September of 2008; and
WHEREAS, With more than 20 years of lending experience on his
resume, the SUNY Plattsburgh graduate also spends his time as a
motivational speaker and mentor for up-and-coming lenders on how to
successfully run your own branch and mortgage operations; and
WHEREAS, A true asset and leader within his community, Adam Crosley
is actively involved with many local organizations, including the Boy
Scouts of America; furthermore, in an effort to invest in his community,
he also recently purchased Booth Drive Plaza in Plattsburgh, New York,
where his office is currently located; and
WHEREAS, Rare indeed is the impressive dedication shown by an
individual for the benefits of others which Adam Crosley has displayed
throughout his life; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the well-being and vitality of their community and have shown a
long and sustained commitment to excellence certainly have earned the
recognition and applause of all the citizens of this great Empire State;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Adam Crosley upon the occasion of his designation as recipient of
the 2023 Trailblazer Award by the North Country Chamber of Commerce; and
be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Adam Crosley.
