CONGRATULATING Tom Neumann, President and Chief
Executive Officer of First Source Federal Credit
Union, upon the occasion of his retirement after 30
years of distinguished service
WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to acknowledge
the significant milestones in the distinguished careers of esteemed
residents of this noble Empire State; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to
congratulate Tom Neumann, President and Chief Executive Officer of First
Source Federal Credit Union, upon the occasion of his retirement after
30 years of distinguished service; and
WHEREAS, In 1994, Tom Neumann commenced his career with the
financial institution as Chief Financial Officer; throughout the next 23
years, he attained the titles of Chief Operating Officer and Executive
Vice President prior to his current title which he has held since 2017;
and
WHEREAS, Tom Neumann has dedicated his illustrious profession to his
customers, exemplifying outstanding leadership, compassion, and
stewardship; his fellow employees commend him for his inspiration,
determination, and guidance; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that, when
individuals of such noble aims and accomplishments are brought to our
attention, they should be celebrated and recognized by all the citizens
of the great State of New York; and
WHEREAS, Rare, indeed, is the occurrence of such a compassionate
blending of strength and commitment as that demonstrated by Tom Neumann
over a lifetime of sacrifice and dedication to others; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
congratulate Tom Neumann upon the occasion of his retirement as
President and Chief Executive Officer of First Source Federal Credit
Union, after 30 years of distinguished service, and to wish him well in
all his future endeavors; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Tom Neumann.
