CONGRATULATING Patricia Zippilli upon the occasion
of her retirement after 20 years of dedicated
service to the residents of the County of Rockland
as the Commissioner of Jurors
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body, in keeping with
its time-honored traditions, to recognize and pay tribute to those who
have served to better the quality of life in our community and have had
a measurable positive impact on the lives of its residents; Patricia
Zippilli is one such individual; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to congratulate
Patricia Zippilli upon the occasion of her retirement after 20 years of
dedicated service as Rockland County Commissioner of Jurors; and
WHEREAS, Patricia Zippilli is a lifelong resident of the County of
Rockland and has proudly served her community for decades; and
WHEREAS, During that time, she served on the Board of Directors for
the YMCA and on the Children's Center at the Family Court Advisory
Committee; and
WHEREAS, Patricia Zippilli remains an active and vital member of the
North Rockland Rotary; and
WHEREAS, This extraordinary woman has set an inspiring example of
what it means to be a public servant, to both the employees of the Jury
Commission and the County of Rockland, as well as to the residents of
Rockland County; and
WHEREAS, This distinguished leader has continually demonstrated an
impressive dedication to the people of Rockland County, an unparalleled
devotion and an unremitting enthusiasm as Rockland County Commissioner
of Jurors; and now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
congratulate Patricia Zippilli upon the occasion of her retirement after
20 years of outstanding service as Rockland County Commissioner of
Jurors, to extend to her our sincere and grateful appreciation and to
wish her well in all her future endeavors and to extend good wishes,
happiness and good health on her well-deserved retirement; and be it
further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Patricia Zippilli.
