        Introduced  by  Sen. SAMPSON -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Health
 
        AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to  including  salvia
          divinorum within the list of hallucinogenic controlled substances
 

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Subdivision (d) of schedule I of section 3306 of the public
     2  health law is amended by adding a new paragraph 33 to read as follows:
     3    (33) Salvia divinorum.
     4    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
