        Introduced  by  Sens.  MAZIARZ,  RANZENHOFER  --  read twice and ordered
          printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Investi-
          gations and Government Operations
 
        AN ACT to amend part W3 of chapter 62 of the laws of 2003, amending  the

          alcoholic  beverage  control  law  relating  to sales for off-premises
          consumption, in relation to making certain provisions permanent
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.  Section  8  of part W3 of chapter 62 of the laws of 2003,
     2  amending the alcoholic beverage control law relating to sales  for  off-
     3  premises consumption, as amended by section 1 of part NN-1 of chapter 57
     4  of the laws of 2008, is amended to read as follows:
     5    §  8.  This act shall take effect immediately; provided, however, that
     6  [section] sections one, two, three, four, six  and  seven  of  this  act
     7  shall expire and be deemed repealed 5 years after such date.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
