        Introduced  by Sens. NOZZOLIO, LARKIN, MAZIARZ -- read twice and ordered
          printed, and when printed to be committed to the  Committee  on  Local
          Government -- committee discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as
          amended and recommitted to said committee
 

        AN  ACT  to direct the New York state department of taxation and finance
          to create a computer program that is accessible to the public
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
     2  the New York state department of taxation and finance is hereby directed
     3  to  change  the  current computer program so that citizens of this state
     4  can access certain tax data, including but not  limited  to,  the  RPSv4
     5  computer program.
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
