AN ACT to authorize the transfer of certain pumping stations to the city
of New York
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. The Waterside Estates at Cresthaven Home Owners Associ-
2 ation, Inc. is hereby authorized to transfer the rights, titles and
3 interests for the pumping stations located at 150-102 Powell's Cove
4 Boulevard, Whitestone, BB 4507, Lot 37 and 150-113 Powell's Cove Boule-
5 vard, Whitestone, BB 4487, Lot 90 to the city of New York. The city of
6 New York shall accept such transfer and authorize the department of
7 environmental protection to supervise and maintain the aforementioned
8 pumping stations in the interest of the residents of the Waterside
9 Estates and the city of New York.
10 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
