        Introduced  by  Sen.  JORDAN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Codes
 
        AN ACT to repeal chapter 1 of the laws of 2013,  amending  the  criminal
          procedure  law and other laws relating to suspension and revocation of
          firearms licenses; private sale or disposal  of  firearms,  rifles  or
          shotguns  and establishing a minimum age to possess a firearm relating
          to gun control
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1. Chapter 1 of the laws of 2013 amending the criminal proce-
     2  dure law and  other  laws  relating  to  suspension  and  revocation  of
     3  firearms licenses; private sale or disposal of firearms, rifles or shot-
     4  guns and establishing a minimum age to possess a firearm relating to gun
     5  control is REPEALED.
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
