LANZA -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Investigations and Govern- ment Operations AN ACT to amend the public officers law, in relation to making agency payroll records available The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. The opening paragraph of subdivision 3 of section 87 of the 2 public officers law, as added by chapter 933 of the laws of 1977, is 3 amended to read as follows: 4 [Each] Notwithstanding any other provision in this article, each agen- 5 cy shall maintain and make available: 6 § 2.
