        Introduced  by  Sen.  COMRIE -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Transportation
 
        AN ACT to amend the public authorities law, in relation to requiring the
          metropolitan transportation authority to provide more detailed  infor-
          mation to the public on its website

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Section 1276-e of the public authorities law, as  added  by
     2  section  19  of  part H of chapter 25 of the laws of 2009, is amended to
     3  read as follows:
     4    § 1276-e. Reporting. 1. The authority shall post on its website on  or
     5  before  the  first of May, the law firms retained by the authority which
     6  in the past year received payment for services in such year.
     7    2. The authority shall further  post  monthly  statistics  on  service
     8  disruptions,  including  but  not limited to: delineation of planned and
     9  unplanned disruptions; length of service disruptions and  the  frequency
    10  of disruptions per month.
    11    3. The authority shall conduct a study on maximum capacity and current
    12  capacity.  Such  study shall differentiate between platform capacity and
    13  train capacity.
    14    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
