        Introduced  by  Sens.  DeFRANCISCO,  BONACIC,  GOLDEN, LARKIN, McDONALD,
          RANZENHOFER, SEWARD, ZELDIN -- read twice  and  ordered  printed,  and
          when  printed to be committed to the Committee on Crime Victims, Crime
          and Correction
 
        AN ACT to amend the correction law, in  relation  to  the  sex  offender
          registry
 

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Paragraph (c) of subdivision 1  of  section  168-b  of  the
     2  correction law, as amended by chapter 11 of the laws of 2002, is amended
     3  to read as follows:
     4    (c)  A  description  of  the  offense  for  which the sex offender was
     5  convicted, the date of conviction and the sentence imposed including the
     6  type of assigned supervision and the length of time of such supervision.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
