        Introduced by Sen. FERNANDEZ -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Mental Health
 
        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  mental  hygiene law, in relation to requiring a
          certified dietitian on-site during hours of operation at a  comprehen-
          sive care center for eating disorders

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Subdivision (a) of section 30.04 of the mental hygiene  law
     2  is amended by adding a new paragraph 2-a to read as follows:
     3    2-a.  The  applicant  has  a certified dietitian as defined in section
     4  eight thousand one of the education law on-site during hours  of  opera-
     5  tion.
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
