        Introduced  by Sen. GALLIVAN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Environmental Conservation
 
        AN ACT to repeal certain provisions of  the  environmental  conservation
          law, relating to eliminating back tags required for hunting
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Subdivision 2  of  section  11-0705  of  the  environmental
     2  conservation law is REPEALED.
     3    §  2.  Subdivision 3 of section 71-0923 of the environmental conserva-
     4  tion law is REPEALED.
     5    § 3. This act shall take effect on the ninetieth day  after  it  shall
     6  have  become  a  law;  provided  that  the commissioner of environmental
     7  conservation is authorized to promulgate any and  all  rules  and  regu-
     8  lations  and  take any other measures necessary to implement this act on
     9  its effective date on or before such date.
