AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to the
management of Atlantic herring
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Paragraph d of subdivision 1 of section 13-0339-a of the
2 environmental conservation law, as amended by a chapter of the laws of
3 2011 entitled, "AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in
4 relation to the management of Atlantic cod", is amended to read as
5 follows:
6 d. Atlantic herring (Clupea horengus) until December thirty-first,
7 two thousand [eleven] fifteen,
8 § 2. This act shall take effect on the same date as a chapter of the
9 laws of 2011 entitled, "AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation
10 law, in relation to the management of Atlantic cod", takes effect.
