AVELLA -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Finance AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to requiring the depart- ment of state to list all corporate officers for all entities on file with the department The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. The executive law is amended by adding a new section 93-a 2 to read as follows: 3 § 93-a. Custody of records; corporation and business entity database. 4 The department shall list the names of all corporate officers for any 5 and all entities on file with the department and that are listed and 6 maintained in the corporation and business entity database. 7 § 2.
