        Introduced  by  Sen. SKOUFIS -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Investigations and Govern-
          ment Operations
 
        AN ACT to amend the civil rights  law,  in  relation  to  discrimination
          against vaccinated persons
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. The civil rights law is amended by  adding  a  new  section
     2  40-h to read as follows:
     3    §  40-h.  Discrimination  against  vaccinated  persons.  A  person who
     4  excludes from the equal enjoyment  of  any  accommodation,  facility  or
     5  privilege  furnished  by  innkeepers  or  common  carriers, amusement or
     6  resort, any person because the person received a vaccination, is  guilty
     7  of a misdemeanor.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
