        Introduced  by  Sen.  HANNON -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government
 
        AN ACT to repeal section 19 of the special provisions for village police
          departments law relating to termination of services of members of  the
          police department of the village of Garden City

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Section 19 of section 2 of chapter 891 of the laws of 1972,
     2  constituting the special provisions for village police departments  law,
     3  is REPEALED.
     4    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
