AN ACT to authorize the city of Salamanca, in the county of Cattaraugus,
to renew certain bond anticipation notes
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
2 the city of Salamanca, in the county of Cattaraugus, is hereby author-
3 ized to renew bond anticipation notes maturing on September 30, 2011,
4 which were issued pursuant to a bond resolution adopted on May 24, 2006,
5 for the purchase of land, for up to 15 years from the original date of
6 issuance.
7 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
