AN ACT to amend the real property tax law, in relation to subjecting the
planting fields arboretum state historic park to taxation for all
purposes
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Section 532 of the real property tax law is amended by
2 adding a new subdivision (l) to read as follows:
3 (l) All state lands located within the boundaries of Planting Fields
4 Arboretum State Historic Park in the county of Nassau, exclusive of the
5 improvements thereon.
6 § 2. This act shall take effect April 1, 2021.
