        AN ACT to repeal section 260.15 of the penal law relating to affirmative
          defenses to the charge of endangering the welfare of a child
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Section 260.15 of the penal law is REPEALED.
     2    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
