        Introduced  by  Sen.  GOLDEN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Labor
 
        AN ACT to amend the labor law, in relation to the reduction of unemploy-
          ment benefits
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 

     1    Section  1. Subdivision 2 of section 600 of the labor law, as added by
     2  chapter 793 of the laws of 1963, is amended to read as follows:
     3    2. Application. The reduction shall apply only to benefits which  when
     4  paid  will be chargeable to the account of the employer who provided the
     5  pension or retirement benefit, and the  reduction  shall  not  apply  to
     6  benefits  which  when  paid  will  be  chargeable to the account held by
     7  multiple employers who provided the pension or retirement benefit.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect on the ninetieth day  after  it  shall
     9  have  become  a law and shall apply to benefits payable on or after that
