        Introduced  by  Sens.  KAPLAN, BROOKS, GAUGHRAN, KAMINSKY, KENNEDY, LIU,
          THOMAS -- read twice and ordered  printed,  and  when  printed  to  be
          committed to the Committee on Health
 
        AN  ACT relating to a review of reimbursement rates for ambulette trans-
          portation
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1. Ambulette transportation rate adequacy review. The commis-
     2  sioner of health shall review the rates of  reimbursement  made  through
     3  the  Medicaid  program  for  ambulette transportation for rate adequacy.
     4  The commissioner of health  shall  report  such  findings  of  the  rate
     5  adequacy review to the temporary president of the senate and the speaker
     6  of  the  assembly within one year after this section shall have become a
     7  law.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately
