          when printed to be committed to the Committee  on  Investigations  and
          Government  Operations  --  reported  favorably  from  said committee,
          ordered to first and second report, ordered to a third reading, passed
          by Senate and delivered to the Assembly, recalled, vote  reconsidered,

          restored  to  third  reading, amended and ordered reprinted, retaining
          its place in the order of third reading
 
        AN ACT to amend the alcoholic  beverage  control  law,  in  relation  to
          removing restrictions on wine and liquor auctions
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subdivision 2 of section 99-g of the alco-
     2  holic beverage control law, as amended by chapter 530  of  the  laws  of
     3  2007, is amended to read as follows:
     4    (b)  A  wine  and liquor auction permit shall be issued for a calendar
     5  year. A wine and liquor auction permit shall allow the holder to conduct
     6  [twelve] twenty-four auctions of wine and/or liquor  during  the  period
     7  the wine and liquor auction permit shall be in effect.

     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
