        Introduced  by  Sen.  YOUNG  -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Finance
 
        AN ACT to amend the executive law,  in  relation  to  designating  Great
          Valley  and its tributaries as inland waterways for purposes of water-
          front revitalization

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Paragraph (c) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu-
     2  tive  law,  as  separately  amended by chapters 113, 126, 154, 157, 175,
     3  ,176, 214, 216, 217 and 227 of the laws of 2016, is amended to  read  as
     4  follows:
     5    (c) the state's major creeks comprised of the 18 Mile Creek located in
     6  Erie  county,  Bash  Bish located in Columbia county, Basher Kill, Bush-
     7  kill, Cattaraugus, Cincinnati, East Kill, Esopus  (including  upper  and
     8  lower  branches),  Fish  (including east and west branches), Gooseberry,
     9  Great Valley and its tributaries, Little Sandy, Onondaga, Roeliff Jansen
    10  Kill, Rondout, Sandy, Schoharie, Shawangunk Kill,  South  Sandy,  Oatka,
    11  Tonawanda,  West  Kill,  Scajaquada,  Wappinger,  Black Creek located in
    12  Monroe county, Black Creek located  in  Genesee  and  Wyoming  counties,
    13  Ellicott  Creek located in Erie county and Wynantskill, Claverack, Tagh-
    14  kanic and Agawamuck and Wyomanock;
    15    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
