        Introduced by Sen. MARCHIONE -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Finance -- reported favor-
          ably  from said committee, ordered to first and second report, ordered
          to a third reading, amended and ordered reprinted, retaining its place

        AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to including  the  Hoosic
          River  in  the  definition  of  "inland waterways" for the purposes of
          waterfront revitalization
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu-
     2  tive  law,  as  separately amended by chapters 32 and 133 of the laws of
     3  2012, is amended to read as follows:
     4    (b) the state's major rivers  comprised  of  the  Allegheny,  Ausable,
     5  Black,  Boquet,  Canisteo,  Chaumont  (including Chaumont bay), Chemung,
     6  Cohocton, Delaware, Deer, Genesee, Grasse, Hoosic, Hudson north  of  the
     7  federal  dam  at  Troy,  Indian, Little (in the Adirondack park), Little
     8  Salmon (including north and  south  branches),  Mad,  Mettowee,  Mohawk,

     9  Oswegatchie,  Racquette, Sacandaga, Salmon, Saranac, Susquehanna, Tioga,
    10  Tioughnioga, Wallkill and Buffalo  rivers,  and  the  north  and  middle
    11  branches of the Moose river;
    12    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
