SKOUFIS -- (at request of the Empire State Develop- ment) -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Commerce, Economic Development and Small Business AN ACT to repeal section 153 of the economic development law relating to the Explore New York state grant program The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 153 of the economic development law is REPEALED. 2 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
