        Introduced  by  Sen.  GOLDEN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be  committed  to  the  Committee  on  Codes  --  committee
          discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted
          to said committee
 
        AN  ACT  to  amend  the criminal procedure law, in relation to including
          special agents of the United States Postal Service Office of Inspector
          General as peace officers
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.  Section  2.15 of the criminal procedure law is amended by
     2  adding a new subdivision 30 to read as follows:
     3    30. Special Agents of the  United  States  Postal  Service  Office  of
     4  Inspector General.
     5    § 2. This act shall take effect on the one hundred twentieth day after
