AN ACT to amend chapter 50 of the laws of 2021, enacting the state oper-
ations budget, in relation to services and expenses relating to inves-
tigations and hearings
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Section 1 of chapter 50 of the laws of 2021, enacting the
2 state operations budget, is amended by repealing the items hereinbelow
3 set forth in brackets and by adding to such section the items under-
4 scored in this section.

11 for judgments pursuant to actions brought

17 wages, salaries or other employee

7 gations and hearings necessary to inform
8 the decisions relating to such
9 proceedings. The moneys hereby appropri-
10 ated are available for payment of any
11 liabilities or obligations incurred prior
12 to April 1, 2021 in addition to current
13 liabilities (80564) ........................ 156,916,000
14 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately; provided, however, that
15 section one of this act shall be deemed to have been in full force and
16 effect on and after April 1, 2021.
