AN ACT to amend the public authorities law, in relation to the
construction of certain facilities for the New York city housing
authority
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Section 1678 of the public authorities law is amended by
2 adding a new subdivision 28 to read as follows:
3 28. To enter into a construction management agreement with the New
4 York city housing authority, pursuant to which one or more facilities
5 owned or operated by the New York city housing authority located in the
6 city of New York are to be constructed, reconstructed, demolished,
7 improved, modernized, renovated or expanded for such authority.
8 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
