        Introduced  by  Sen.  MARCELLINO  -- read twice and ordered printed, and
          when printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government
 
        AN ACT to authorize the village of  Upper  Brookville  to  expend  trust
          funds to provide access to a park
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 

     1    Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the village  of
     2  Upper Brookville, town of Oyster Bay, county of Nassau is hereby author-
     3  ized to expend trust funds from the recreation site and improvement fund
     4  of  such village for the repair, renovation and restoration of a portion
     5  of Donna Drive to provide appropriate accesses to a passive  park.  Such
     6  expenditure  of  trust funds shall be made by majority vote of the board
     7  of trustees of the village of Upper Brookville and shall  not  exceed  a
     8  total of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000).
     9    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
