AN ACT to amend the vehicle and traffic law, in relation to the applica-
tion for registration of manufacturers, dealers, repairmen and others
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Subdivision 5 of section 415 of the vehicle and traffic law
2 is amended by adding a new paragraph b-4 to read as follows:
3 b-4. A certification from the municipality where the business is to be
4 conducted, indicating that the business is in compliance with applicable
5 zoning and planning regulations, fire regulations and zoning codes.
6 § 2. This act shall take effect January 1, 2019.
