        Introduced  by  Sen.  KLEIN  -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Higher Education
 
        AN ACT to amend chapter 176 of the laws of 2007, amending the  education
          law  relating  to  persons  exempt  from licensure as veterinarians in
          relation to the effectiveness thereof
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-

        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1. Section 2 of chapter 176 of the laws of 2007, amending the
     2  education law relating to persons exempt from licensure  as  veterinari-
     3  ans, is amended to read as follows:
     4    §  2.  This act shall take effect immediately [and shall expire and be
     5  deemed repealed January 1, 2011].
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
