        Introduced  by Sen. HARCKHAM -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Rules
 
        AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to including Journeys End
          Lake in the town of Yorktown as an inland waterway for the purposes of
          waterfront revitalization
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu-
     2  tive law, as separately amended by chapters 339, 462 and 591 of the laws
     3  of 2019, is amended to read as follows:
     4    (a)  the state's major inland lakes consisting of lakes Baldwin, Ball-
     5  ston, Big Tupper,  Black,  Campfire,  Canadarago,  Canandaigua,  Carmel,
     6  Cazenovia,  Cayuga,  Champlain,  Charles, Chateaugay, Chautauqua, Chazy,
     7  Conesus, Cranberry, Dean Pond (in the  county  of  Putnam),  Drew,  East
     8  Caroga,  Dickiebusch, Echo (in the county of Westchester), George, Glen-
     9  coma, Great Sacandaga, Honeoye, Indian, Journeys  End,  Junior  (in  the
    10  county of Westchester), Katonah, Kentwood, Keuka, Kitchawan, Little Wolf
    11  (in  the  county of Franklin), Lincolndale, Long, Lost (in the county of
    12  Putnam), Meahagh, Mirror, MacGregor, Mahopac, Minerva, Mohegan,  Nimham,
    13  Neatahwanta, Northville, Oceola, Oneida, Onondaga, Oscaleta, Ossi, Otis-
    14  co,  Otsego,  Owasco,  Palmer,  Paradox,  Peach, Placid, Purdys, Putnam,
    15  Raquette, Rippowam, Ronkonkoma,  Round,  Sacandaga,  Saratoga,  Schroon,
    16  Secor,  Seneca,  Shenorock,  Skaneateles, Silver (in the county of Wyom-
    17  ing), Sagamore, Saranac, Seven Hills, Sparkle, Tibet, Tonetta, Teakettle
    18  Spout, Truesdale, Waccabuc, West Caroga and Wixon, Simon (in the  county
    19  of Franklin) and the Fulton chain of lakes;
    20    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
