        Introduced  by Sen. HARCKHAM -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Rules
 
        AN ACT to amend the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and  breeding  law,  in
          relation  to directing the New York state gaming commission to promul-
          gate rules and regulations regarding predatory sportsbook  bonuses  in
          mobile sports betting

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Section 104 of the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and  breed-
     2  ing law is amended by adding a new subdivision 25 to read as follows:
     3    25. To promulgate rules and regulations regarding predatory sportsbook
     4  bonuses  in mobile sports betting, including but not limited to, deposit
     5  matching, risk free betting, free money, free  bets,  site  credits  and
     6  profit boosts.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
